Whether building a new plant or rebuilding and expanding the original plant,the facility layout design is needed.Facility layout design is a continuous activity,it not only affects the current running status of the enterprise,but also decides the adaptability to the future changes and needs.To compare the scientific facility layout and the poor one,there are not many differences in the initial investments of the construction,but the different effects in process will be very obvious.Thus,the research of facility layout design and optimization has the extremely important practical significance and applied value.Firstly,the paper summarizes the domestic and foreign researches about the facility layout design and plan evaluation.According to the assembly workshop of J company,this paper determines the research significance,research method and structure.Secondly,This paper mainly introduces the basic elements and specific operation steps of system layout design method.Then,this paper briefly introduces the status and problems of assembly plant and determines the type of facility layout by P-Q analysis.Using SLP to calculate the logistics intension of operating department by assembly process flow chat.Then,we finally draw operation departments' position relevant figure and can obtain several reasonable layout plans for the base to solve the genetic algorithm.Thirdly,the paper sets up the optimized model on workshop layout.The objective function is minimization of the logistics cost,and the constraints are consisted of spacing constraint,boundary constraint and fixed constraint.In order to make the optimization results more realistic,the paper structures the formulas about distance of handing based on the different circumstances.By applying the genetic algorithm,the paper puts the relevant data that have been found into the model and set up the initial population,coding scheme,genetic operators and end condition.Then,using MATLAB run the program and get two preselect plans.Finally,the paper uses analytic hierarchy process and AHP-fuzzy comprehensive estimate to analyze the preselect plans.To avoid subjectivity,we set up evaluation model by quantitative index and qualitative index.A t last,the final optional layout plan is given.
