Cultural and creative industries as the new engine of global economic growth, are received much attention from the academic community. Studies have shown that the creative industry has a trend of "Networking" organization and business links between enterprises are very critical to the industrial development. From the perspective of network structure, this study analyzes the Chinese TV industry network structure and regional network structures, and then explores the unique network structure how to influence the regional television industry's development. First of all, this research reviews and sorts out the related theories; Based on this, this paper defines the concept, and analyzes the mechanism about how the network structure influences the regional TV drama industry development. Then, selects 120 excellent Chinese TV dramas during the period from 2004 to 2013 as the sample data, and uses spatial analysis, social network methodology to investigate the spatial structure and topological structure of the whole network of China TV drama industry. This paper takes size, connectivity, degree-centrality, betweenness-centrality and closeness-centrality as network indicators, in-depth digging the structural features of six drama-gathering sub-networks. In the end, this paper makes further discussions. Study shows that:?From the spatial perspective, China's outstanding drama network presents a "hub-and-spoke" system from the topological structure, and with a obvious feature of "core-periphery" structure. Beijing becomes the core of overall network power with an absolute advantage. From enterprise ownership, state-owned institutions and state share-holding companies occupy the center position. From the value chain analysis, companies who take in charge of produce and crew, account for the center of the value chain power, and also become the organizer and coordinator in drama producing process. ?In those of six drama-gathering sub-networks, the two regional networks of Beijing and Hunan belong to the central network, have a core-periphery structure; The four TV networks of Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Jiangsu are decentralized networks, links between nodes show "hugs". ?The size? connectivity and structural holes of Beijing sub-network is the largest and highest. Besides, the centrality of core enterprises in the whole network is higher than that in the regional sub-network. This indicates that compared with inner-regional division of labor, Beijing enterprises play a more important role in the inter-regional division of labor. The size?connectivity and structural holes of Shanghai, Zhejiang, Guangdong sub-networks are placed in the middle, besides, the important degree of regional core enterprises in the inner and inter-regional division of labor is roughly equivalent. The size and structural holes of sub-networks of Jiangsu and Hunan is the least, but connectivity is higher, besides, its core enterprise only play an important role in inner-regional division of labor.?Correlation analysis shows that in addition to the regional closeness centrality and structural holes, network size, network connectivity, degree centrality and betweenness centrality show a positive correlation with regional television industry development.
