Research On The Impact Of Software Outsourcing Industry Agglomeration On Regional Software Technology Innovation

Software outsourcing is one of the industrial models derived from service outsourcing,which is an vital part in the China's software industry.Many countries have been successful in the world by undertaking international software outsourcing business,and thus domestic software expanded very rapidly,the domestic employment rate was also added.The government think that the software outsourcing industry is vital.China has a lower cost of manpower and material resources.Many cities gradually develop to undertake international software outsourcing business.From 2010 to 2018,China's software outsourcing export revenue increased from US $5.35 billion to US $12.25 billion,showing a strong growth trend.China has built 11 international software export bases and 21 service outsourcing cities.Software outsourcing business presents the trend of scale and agglomeration.Scholars at home and abroad have some consideration on undertaking software outsourcing business,but most of them stay the level of the definition.Most of the researches on software outsourcing industry cluster focus on the channels of technology spillover.Due to the different research methods and the way of data definition,the opinions on the impact of industrial agglomeration on technological progress are still inconsistent.In this context,this paper integrates with industrial agglomeration effect,studies how does international software outsourcing influence on areal software.This paper and existing literature are not much alike,this paper selects the data of software outsourcing export income index and technological innovation index of 19 cities in China from 2010 to 2018,integrates with industrial agglomeration effect,studies how does international software outsourcing influence on areal software.The paper find that undertaking international software outsourcing can promote areal software technology innovation.This paper also use financing constraints as a moderating variable.And it finds that regulatory effect of financing constraints is in the reverse direction.The government can use the results of this paper to encourage the agglomeration development of areal software outsourcing industry,follow interests with the financing situation of software enterprises,making China's areal software industry to be attractive,and realize the aim of quickly developed of the software industry.
