Research And Development Of Microcomputer Controlling System For Agglomeration Oven

In order to gratify the need of military products and Manufacturing process for our institute, the oven for agglomerating glass and its controlling system are developed and manufactured. The paper mainly focuses on the comprehensive design of the whole mechanism, gas pipeline and blast shelter. The structure and main function of every part and circuitry design, main purpose and control method are provided at the same time; the paper discusses the control process based on industry microcomputer, every control interface design, data record, processing record and historic record reappearance in detail. The paper particularly explains how to choose and use the control tools, source procedure base on Visual Basic 6.0. Finally, the process recording of the oven are compared with design parameters, the result indicated the design scheme is practical and successful as well.
