Aim the requirement of dust environment simulation test in weapon range.The technical data of dust concentration measurement and control method are analyzed in detail,On this basis,the photoelectric measurement and control system for dust concentration is presented,Which is based on Bill Lambert’s law and virtual instrument technology.The system uses double laser light path detection principle,establishs mathematical model and design the bridge integrated structure optical mechanism.Construct the virtual instrument measurement and control circuit system,make an industrial control computer as the center,use PCI 8266 data acquisition card collecting dust concentration and temperature signals.Communicate with frequency converter through serial bus,to achieve motor speed control.After calibrating,the system fully meets requirement of GJB 1.8±0.2 g/m~3. |
