The development of the pulse bag dust-collector equipment linked with thedevelopment of automatic control theory closely. The dust-collector efficiency and theservice life of equipment are affected serious by controlled system, so according to themodern dust-collector process requirements to design the dust-collector equipmentautomatic control system is becoming very important. This paper makes a further discussof automation control technology design of pulse dust-collector equipment, according todust control requirements, design two basic control mode, the timing control and pressurecontrol, design the dust-collector control system based on CAN bus and ARM. Accordingto the bag dusting equipment in operation process, including the need to filter bag cleargrey to ensure that the requirements of the dust cleaning effect, design the bagdust-collector control system based on ARM and the CAN bus, the timing control anddifferential pressure type control two basic ways to control the bag dust removalequipment out dust operation, which can realize local and remote control, reduce theenergy consumption.The control system using ARM7as the main control chip to control the whole system,the nodes use single chip microcomputer as slave control chip, using CAN bus transmitdata, CAN makes the data transmission distance farther, and improves the automationdegree of dust control system. In the main controller, the control parameters set controlmode, transmit to the node control system, to control the dust removal equipment demandof dust removal through the CAN bus. The working state of node control system transmitto the master control system for real-time display.The host controller is the main control part of the system, this system uses the ARMchip as the main chip. The crystal oscillator circuit, power circuit, reset circuit, constitutethe minimum system required to run the ARM microprocessor. ARM microprocessorparticipates in the whole process of the system work, and controls the various parts of thesystem to start, stop, control and the coordination of running. System features includingerror alarms, display and control, it is responsible for the display of system operationstatus, settings, and error alarms, and the failure reminders in the running after theinitialization is completed, and data query. The beeps, LED light and screen flashes alarmsan error, and provides the fault information.The function of node control system is set according to the way of working andparameters, control the corresponding electromagnetic valve of the filter bag dustdust-collector operation to realize local automatic control and manual operation to repair.When the timing control timing output control pulse, circulation of the baghouse cleargrey; The pressure control mode, through the differential pressure sensors to collect thebaghouse pressure data, to determine the output, in order to reduce the energyconsumption, at the same time, encoding the baghouse of the differential pressure, andsending to the host, so host can accurately distinguish which send room the signal, display the state that work.This paper firstly introduced the bag dust-collector equipment working principle andcontrol system structure, and then the hardware module circuit design and softwareprocess, and finally system test. The testing, the system is running well, comply with thedesign requirements, and sums up the advantages and disadvantages of the system, theimprovement work is expected to make the next step.
