With China’s rapid economic growth, the development of performance evaluationbetween domestic banks have also been maturing. Since China joined internationalWTO, gradually intensified competition between the various banks, the bank’s internaloperating environment has been a serious threat. Face this ordeal, SOA-based ABCemployee performance evaluation system came into being. SOA-based ABC employeeperformance evaluation system for the current mode of economic development of thestaff of ABC timely adjust gradually improve the competitiveness of employeeperformance mode, in terms of products, services, technology, employment.The21st century is an era of knowledge economy, is becoming increasinglyimportant in the Agricultural Bank of China in the future development of SOA-basedABC employee performance evaluation system, but the first need of developmentbased on SOA ABC employee performance evaluation system is the level of enterpriseinformation improved steadily. ERP (enterprise resource planning), CRM (customerresource management), is the same concept in the IT support staff performanceevaluation system. So this paper ABC SOA-based ABC employee performanceevaluation system, for example, through the study of the relevant literature, combinedwith the actual situation of the ABC SOA-based employee performance evaluationsystem, analyzed about SOA concepts and employee performance the specificcharacteristics of the assessment system. And analyzed according to the characteristicsof SOA-based the ABC employee performance assessment system, create a SOA-basedthe ABC employee performance evaluation system model and a detailed study ofSOA-based ABC employee performance evaluation system through the model.This paper argues that the priority research and construction of SOA-based ABCemployee performance evaluation system, has a very important practical significanceand value.
