Design And Implementation Of One-station Management Platform For Social Service Of Yifeng County

With the development of social community, the popularity of internet and the high quality requirement for social services, more and more goverments need a suitable information service platform to provide excellent services and help for all common persons in this community. Using the principles for the convenience, reciprocal and benefit of people, following the requirements of common persons and various professional departments in government, covering down the district committees and village committees of all communities and covering up the offices and bureaus of one county, providing all event transactions for common social services, the services with one-station acceptance and one-station transaction are realized to support the creative works for social management. In this thesis, through the investigation and analysis for real situation in Yifeng county, we clarify the basic functions of one-station management platform for social service of Yifeng county, and then, we describe the requirements of this platform. Again using and analyzing of existing software engineering technologies, we detail the design of this platform. In order to ensure scalability and uniform interfaces with other systems, we provide detailed design of interfaces and database. Finally we successfully implement a comprehensive management platform for Yifeng county through coding and testing. The system contains new-born baby registration, family migration service, flow-in population, elder person treatment service,5% retired fund delivery service, education registration and popuation information enqury and so on.At present, this sytem executes better and satifies basic requirements for users. At the same time, this system provides good working effect and lay a good foundation for futher informatization.
