In order to improve the using efficiency of reservoir resettlement support funds, and to meet the needs of reservoir resettlement project supervision and information disclosure, Guangdong Reservoir Resettlement Bureau has proposed the construction of reservoir immigration culture and information engineering project. The Project arrangement will include three-level(the provincial, municipal and county level) construction information management center(hereinafter referred to as the center station) and the migrant village culture and information service station(hereinafter referred to as the village service station). By this way, an efficient supervision and service network of the immigration cultural information. The total investment of 120 million RMB will be utilized to provide immigrants an intelligent, highly integrated, and easy to use supervision end in 18 cities, 93 counties and more than 3000 immigrant villages in the province. The supervision end is convenient for immigrants to inquire to secure their right to know, to participate and to supervise. At the meantime, it provides a platform for Reservoir Immigrants Management Department to timely supervise the use of the reservoir resettlement support funds and the project construction process.This paper studies the design and implementation of village service station system in reservoir immigration culture and Information Engineering project. The main focuses will be the key technologies of multi channel data acquisition and transmission processing, the key technology of the simulation of the migration village, the multi-source data synchronization and data distribution. It aims to solve the problems of the data collection and submission, data processing, Internet data auto-collection, service station distant management and GIS location mapping and display.In the end of this paper, the various functions of system implemention by.Net and Oracle and GIS technologies. The implementation results show that the system can effectively solve the problem of the large amount of reservoir resettlement projects, the difficulty of information collection and project supervision.
