Modern enterprises are increasingly dependent on Information Technology(Information Technology)(IT) to carry out daily operation system. With the increase of IT IT system, the traditional Supervisement mode has been unable to meet. Only through the introduction of advanced IT service Supervisement idea, in order to make the Supervisement standardization, and improve efficiency. The current IT service Supervisement for technology Supervisement organization structure Supervisement, work time Supervisement, comprehensive cost of operation risk Supervisement, control and Supervisement, plays a promoting role. In order to adapt to international competition, domestic enterprises urgently need to use the IT service Supervisement to enhance the Supervisement level and service quality, and enhance core competitiveness.In this thesis discusses how information service in existing securities company, introduced based on the ITIL(The Information Technology Infrastructure Library)(ITIL) of the IT service Supervisement, design Supervisement of securities companies use, need to improve the efficiency and quality of service to meet the changing, ensure the stability of the business system.In this thesis uses typical IT service Supervisement methodology, combined with the concept of IT operation service Supervisement of securities companies, the existing system for the implementation of ITIL. Specifically, the main research work includes the following parts:Firstly, based on the analysis of domestic enterprises ITIL status, focus on the analysis of the situation and bottleneck of IT Securities Company at present, the in-depth analysis and discussion. Found some questions of telecom enterprise ITIL: securities company Supervisement complex, cumbersome user interaction, is not yet a service Supervisement system advanced unified and maintenance processes, resulting in supporting platform issues more prominent, more the maintenance team, organization and personnel Supervisement becomes more and more obvious.Secondly, according to the securities companies, the securities company typical target strategy, overall planning and development strategy, and puts forward the key factors in the implementation of ITIL transformation of securities companies, and finally points out the securities company ITIL service processes, service Supervisement, technology safeguard and other aspects of the implementation strategy.Then, the ITILV3 is the latest standard, analysis of IT service Supervisement questions of the securities company, according to the standard of ITILV3, presents how to implement in the securities of the company’s strategy, and with the existing enterprise characteristics, design 5 process Supervisement mode, respectively: incidence Supervisement, question Supervisement, change Supervisement, release Supervisement, configuration Supervisement.Finally, the service platform of Securities Company IT service Supervisement system designed in this paper. Including the function structure, the logic structure of the system, network structure, database structure, and realize the event Supervisement, including event processing, solve, wait, turn to send and update, gained better effect. On comparison, improve user satisfaction.
