Visual Studio of Microsoft is used asthe development tool, and C#.NET is the language for application development. Thesoftware, based on C/S structure, adopts.net framework4.0and Oracle10G is used as the background database. It also applies WCF to support the client to communicatewith the server. The software introduced in the article stores data generated duringthe after-sales service to the database, by which it can satisfy the after-sales servicepolicy of the auto plants, and it also can analyze the data to improve the quality of theproducts by pointing out the quality defects of the automobiles. It provides a basis forthe quality improvement, enhancing the core competitiveness. |
