Iron and steel industry energy consumption accounts for about 10% of the total energy consumption of steel rolling heating furnace for energy saving is conducive to the entire steel industry energy saving. Energy efficiency testing is the premise of energy saving transformation of heating furnace. Heating furnace for steel rolling energy efficiency testing, can help enterprises to better transformation of steel rolling heating furnace, to promote energy-saving emission reduction. In view of the characteristics of heating furnace efficiency testing parameters, for a long time, environmental testing complex, a data acquisition system for heating furnace energy efficiency testing based on embedded technology and wireless sensor network technology to achieve acquisition test parameters of energy efficiency in steel rolling heating furnace is put forward in this paper.In this paper, based on the analysis of the development status of the energy efficiency testing and data acquisition system of the heating furnace, a remote real-time data acquisition system based on ARM and ZigBee technology is designed. Data acquisition module, wireless transmission module and host computer constitute the whole system. Data acquisition module is mainly responsible for detecting instrument data acquisition, use fl2440 development board as the hardware development platform and the transplantation of embedded Linux system to the development board as the software development environment; wireless transmission module using ZigBee wireless transmission function, hardware CC2530 module that consists of several' transmitting node and a receiving nodes, and the application program is developed by Z-stack protocol stack; PC using visual basic software development, real-time display of heating furnace operation data, and can save the data. The system adopts wireless mode, can achieve remote data acquisition and heating furnace operation data, and the system has the characteristics of low power consumption, and can work for a long time. At the same time, the system can collect the data of electrical parameters in real time, and has a good generality.
