Design And Implementation Of The Regenerative Heating Furnace Ignition Control System Based On ZigBee

In recent years,with the continuous improvement of the automation control system and the rapid development of wireless sensor network technology,under the help of advanced temperature detection technologies,regenerative heating process are used to improve the heating furnace ignition control and optimize heating furnace process so as to boost the thermal utilization rate,reduce energy consumption and lessen pollution,which has become one of the research topics of the heating furnace control.This paper,based on the thorough study of regenerative heating furnace ignition control system and the ZigBee network control system,aims to design a network based regenerative heating furnace ignition control system by the help of the wireless sensor network.The system takes mage128 micro-controller as the core,the ZigBee wireless communication protocol as the network media,it also has a complete set of wireless monitoring system once the the network coordinator,terminal node,ignition controller and PC are fully connected.According to temperature sensor,the ignition controller collect temperature data of heating furnace flue,and set the sequence of A,B two groups ignition burner.The field data is sent to the coordinator node through the wireless communication terminal and the host computer,the host computer can also modify the control command parameters and command the message to the coordinator through the ignition controller.By suitably adjusting the air valve,gas valve and reversing valve and so on,the desired control objective can be hopefully achieved.The results after being the system tested show that in the complex complicated industrial environment,this system not only can control the entire process remotely.But also have advantages,such as easy installation and easy maintenance,low cost,can strong expand and so on.
