Electric heating furnace is the main equipment among the preparation of the electronic ceramic materials, and electric heating furnace temperature control system plays an important role in the sintering process of electronic ceramic materials. The common temperature control system mainly consists of microcontroller and PC machines, but the temperature controller is poor in scalability and real-time control ability, it is difficult to meet the special requirements of electronic ceramic sintering. With the development of embedded systems, ARM is highly valued by the control system of the electric heating furnace, because it has the advantaged features of small size, low power consuming and good performance.This system with ARM920T kernel Samsung S3C2440A embedded platforms as the core, it designed peripheral hardware circuits such as the cold junction dynamic compensation circuit, the sampling circuit, the magnifying circuit, the A / D conversion circuit, the output control circuit, the key circuit, the LCD display circuit, the serial communication, etc. It completes the modular design of the system software, mainly includes application modules such as temperature sampling, sound-light alarm module, man-machine interactive module, output control module, fuzzy algorithm module and the PC communication module. On this basis, chose the open-source but relatively stable performanceμC / OS-II as the operating system. It made a simple analysis of theμC/OS-II task scheduling, the kernel structure and transplant work. And finally in the hardware platform embeddedμC/OS-II real-time operating system, it built a multi-task management and scheduling of the whole system. At the same time, in order to correct the nonlinear in the sampling process, software algorithm adopted querying method.In allusion to the furnace temperature'characteristics of time-varying volatility, large inertia and hysteretic nature, it is difficult to establish précised mathematical model and to determine the parameters of the problem. The system combines the features of fuzzy control and advantages compared to other control methods so as to design a dual-input single output fuzzy temperature controller, including three steps: the fuzzification of accurate amount, the establish of fuzzy control rule base and fuzzy query table, while its core is the establish of fuzzy query table. Finally, it is applied in the temperature control system of furnace to ensure the accuracy and stability of the temperature control.
