Qingdao iron and steel co., LTD. 600000 t/year new high speed wire rod production line 4, a regenerative form a complete set of this production line in front of the walking beam heating furnace for steel billet rolling heating.Due to the increasingly fierce competition in the market, users of finished steel size tolerance and surface quality, mechanical properties, such as the requirement of increasingly strict, rods, wire mill development towards high speed, high precision has become a trend. Choose reasonable furnace type, improve the level of furnace equipment, to improve the uniformity of the heating temperature of billet and hot billet surface quality, meet the requirements of rolling mill of high heating quality of billet, provide guarantee for producing high quality rods, wire products has become inevitable. Therefore, the configured in high speed wire-rod mill reheating furnace should meet the high-yield, high-quality, low consumption, pollution-free, and automatic operation of the production process requirement. Used for heating furnace technology and its main subsidiary of mechanical equipment, hydraulic, electric, instrument control system design of technical measures should be advanced technology, reliable production and practical guarantee indicators. This is the design of the guiding ideology. In line with this principle, in the heating furnace type choice should be the first choice, the two sides on the heating section of the walking beam heating furnace.Step furnace thermal system mainly includes: temperature system, fuel combustion system and furnace pressure system, etc. According to the influencing factors on the quality of the billet heating furnace, the main factors to control temperature and furnace pressure, and temperature change mainly because of the influence of fuel flow and air flow, in order to make full combustion, fuel flow and air flow must be according to certain proportion into the pipe, so the fuel and air composition of double closed-loop ratio control system, which not only realized the accurate flow ratio, but also makes the fuel flow and air flow more smoothly, to ensure that the two materials basically remain unchanged, the total for the subsequent temperature control provides a prerequisite.
