Development Of Efficiency Automatic Test System Design For Gas-fired Heating And Hot Water Combi-boilers

This paper designs a set system of gas boilers to test thermal efficiency and control it, which ismainly used for testing thermal efficiency,heat loss,thermal load and other related parameters of gasboilers. This system developed is based on GB25034that the gas heating hot water furnace, toaccurately measure efficiency of gas boilers and related parameters, to judge the efficiency could ornot reach the national standard, and at the same time, according to the measured parameters toimproved the existing gas boilers. This topic belongs to technology development project by theprocessing enterprises, it has been delivered for use, mainly is used in product design and product testcenter.Based on this topic research, analysis gas boilers thermal efficiency on the basis of the testrequirement, around the design tasks and goals, from three aspects of test method and hardware andsoftware to analyzed and design. In the test method, detailed analysis the deficiencies of the currenttesting methods, and on the basis of the author puts forward his own testing method.in the hardware,determine the overall system implementation scheme, detailed analysis each module of the systemand the component of the module principle, connection mode and the choice of the main devices.Inthe software, introduces in detail the functions of the software and the way, this topic around theacquisition card and PLC wrote application software on Windows and based on C++Buidler6.0environment test and control system, and discussed the software of data acquisition, control and itsown database.The test results show that the data accuracy reached the national standard GB25034specifiedrequirements what thermal efficiency and related parameters of gas boilers were measured by thesystem, and the system operation is stable and reliable, and there is the high credibility judgment forthe product quality.
