Wireless sensor network is a cross-field technology research and application area, including network communications, modern integrated circuits, sensor technology, embedded technology and distributed information.Wireless sensor networks can collect data in large areas and process the overall related information.Traditional remote data acquisition monitoring system needs laying a large number of cable, network cable, optical fiber cable communications facilities, difficult to maintain and the cost is high. ZigBee networks have low power consumption and low cost, sensor networking and flexible characteristics of the node can acquisition and monitor data instead of the traditional method. The ZigBee wireless networks and remote internet data acquisition system design and implementation can replace associated traditional solutions, contributing to reducing production and operating costs, has important practical significance.Firstly, paper analyzes the current ZigBee wireless sensor network and application status, then, analyzes shortcomings and problems of traditional data collection monitoring system. On the base of learning ZigBee related communication protocols and technology knowledge, the papar proposes The ZigBee wireless networks and remote internet data acquisition system overall structure, makes the system requirements analysis, develops corresponding software data, defines communication protocol packet type and data frame format. Firstly, the papar describes embedded operating system WinCE ARM9 platform gateway node and CEL ZigBee collection node hardware system design, then presents and explains ZigBee network of secondary data collection mechanisms and integration and embedded TCP network data lossless compression algorithm, finally, designs the whole system software.In the processing of the research and development, I am in a practical manner for the actual programming system software designing and testing debug, test the overall system unit to find the software or hardware problem, then achieve system continuous improvement and optimization. The main work points are as follows:(1) learning ZigBee related communication protocols and technology knowledge, proposing the ZigBee wireless networks and remote internet data acquisition system overall structure;(2) ZigBee hierarchical cluster tree network twice data fusion mechanisms and embedded TCP network packet lossless compression algorithm design;(3) ZigBee network coordinator node software design and data collection, focusing on ARM9 ZigBee gateway node WinCE.Net WinCE driver and embedded application software design, embedded database migration, acquisition node underlying software design, TCP monitor PC Development and implementation of, and finally test the system.The results of this study design has some practical engineering significance and have certain reference value for wireless sensor networks remote data collection monitoring and other related applications.
