Design Of Automatic Control System For Forced-draft Heating Furnace Based On PCS7

The usual forced-draft heating furnace is chosen as the controlled plant. The forced-draft heating furnace process, dynamic characteristics, effect factors, and the relationship are considered. In order to achieve the goal of safety, energy saving and environmental protection, the control system for forced-draft heating furnace is designed.The material outlet temperature control system, oxygen content in flue gas control system, furnace pressure control system and the material inlet flow control system are designed according to the control requirements. Besides, the P&ID Process and Instrumentation Diagram is complete, and the hardware configuration, network connections of the control system are designed. The selection, and the configuration are completed, including the control system, the instruments and actuators, so it is with the Instrument loop connection diagram.The Siemens PCS7 process control system is used in the next-bit machine, and the advanced multi-function process control training system(SMPT- 1000) is chosen as the controlled plant. After introducing the features and functions of the hardware and software of the heater unit control system in detail, the hardware configuration and the network connection are completed. The material outlet temperature control system, oxygen content in flue gas control system, furnace pressure control system, material inlet flow control system are carried out based on CFC programming language. The function of each loop of the forced-draft heating furnace is realized after repeatedly debugging in the end.The Siemens WINCC Monitoring software is chosen as the HMI center host computer. Establishing connections with the client, the human-computer interaction interface, such as the technological process, query recording, alarming, statements and reports, parameter setting are carried out, realizing the function of the technology process monitoring and the data management etc.
