With the rapid development of economy, manufacturing enterprises are under huge pressure of fierce competition brought by economic globalization. The original operating process cannot follow up the step of the swift changes in market, therefore, how to help these manufacturin g industries adapt to market changes, actively respond to customer demands and become customer-driven, has become a problem high on these manufacturing corporations' agenda.This paper analyses the designing work of the key operation process of the South China Aviation Company. A lot of problems appear in the existing operation, such as delay in the response to customer service, unreasonable budget control, obvious faults in finished good management and so on. With respect to the problems mentioned above, this paper gives necessary analyses in the aspect of operating design, fixes the key operating process, and designs the main process and sub-process respectively. By conducting the process, circulation period shortened, customer satisfaction improved, operation cost reduced as well.The main contents are as follows:(1)Main process and sub-process(budget plan process, budget implementation, supervision process and budget adjustment process) are designed in order to tackle the existing problems on budget management of the South China Aviation Company. Thorough thoughts and contents are articulated in this paper, as well as the establishment of corresponding budget management organization to new operation process, specifying the rights and obligations. According to the conduction results, the new design has improved the rationality of resource distribution.(2)This paper analyzes the necessity of management process design in customer relationship management of South China Aviation Company. Main process and sub-process(the development, maintenance and upgrade of cl ients, customer training management process and customers' finance and credit management process) are designed in a way of operating design, which is based on the aim of operating design of CRM. The results indicates that the new process has improved customer satisfaction, reduced the operation costs.(3)This paper gives a summary in the problems existed in the finished goods management and comes up with the target of fixed goods management p rocess design, also summarizing the operation system of it. Next, the design of finished goods management process, aiming at the detailed procedural design of the three sub-operations: costs confirmation, delivery and management of finished goods. Explaining the thoughts and contents, which have achieved satisfactory results.
