The market of China telecom industry is increasingly competitive. In order toimprove the core competitiveness of enterprises, also in oder to achieve the strategic ofMarket-oriented, Customer-centric, Profit-target, and meet the communication needs ofthe user diversification and personalized, we need to build and implement customerrelationship management system. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is aneffective tool for telecom operators to increase revenue and profits, improve customersatisfaction and loyalty, increase productivity and reduce costs.Based on actual business needs, based on Java technology and MySQL databasetechnology, using the Eclipse development platform and Struts+Hibernate+SpringTechnical Framework, we build customer relationship management systems for ourtelecom company.First, according to the internal and external environment of the telecommunicationscompany, we build the business model of customer relationship management system.Based on this business model, We divided the functional modules of the customerrelationship management system. Then design and implement the various functionalmodules, including the four parts of the customer information management, marketmanagement, sales management, services information management. Finally,we analysisand introduce the two key algorithms of the system,one is the calculation algorithm ofcustomer satisfaction,and the other is factor analysis of customer loyalty.
