The Design And Implementation Of The Working Platform For Client Manager In The Rural Commercial Bank

With the development of rural financial markets, the management system of rural commercial banks, which is the core of the credit system, cannot accede to the need of the social and economic development. The credit staff is only responsible for the management of the credit and provides single credit service. Nevertheless, their service and management idea lags behind and the incentive mechanism is in lack. Additionally, it is obviously insufficient to collect and analyze the customers' information.In this paper, the practical needs of the rural commercial bank customer manager management, the management of rural commercial bank customer manager is studied. On the basis of previous research results, the paper analyzes the performance evaluation of commercial banks in rural areas, introduces the main contents of the system construction and performance evaluation process, and analyzes the system's function and performance requirements, and designs the system architecture, system function module, system database and related interface. Then, according to the design results, the B/S architecture (Browser/Server), JAVA framework, SSH development tools are used to develop rural commercial bank account manager. The core content of customer manager management platform is to realize the qualitative assessment and quantitative assessment of customer manager, and to save the time of performance evaluation, improve the efficiency of performance management, improve the efficiency of the performance management, and use the UML use case diagram to realize the system function.The testing examples for the function and performance are proposed and the platform is tested by input and relevant data record. Further, some software defects are found and modified; the quality of the software is improved, at present, the platform has been applied to rural commercial banks, and shows good operation effect. The system can be used to regulate the management behavior of the client managers, provides an open, fair, impartial and dynamic evaluation management system for the client managers, and improve their efficiency of management.
