With the development of financial system and the improvement of the informationization of financial enterprises, more attention has been drawn to the informationization and systematization of the performance assessment of bank customer managers. The systems our unit is now using are single in functions, of no rank management, analysis of assessment result and of no credit capital management. Although the system include the content of the system of management of customer manager, but are not adapted to the present unitary assessment arrangement for the customer managers and idea of management. The disunity of assessment system, the out-of- place situation of the distribution of resources, the inconspicuous situation of encouragement and the staff wastage, etc. The responsibility how to connect the customers with the bank in order has been the customers" duty.The scientificity and rationality of the assessment of performance of customers management have relation with the key problem of new system operation effect. To improve the business of management of assessment management for bank customers in China should be placed before others, for it not only broads the mode, but also refresh the work ethic of bank customers managers and drive the innovation of commercial banks' management system and method as well. In order to improve customer managers' appraisal management quality, improve customer managers' work enthusiasm and initiative, practically the realization of automatic due loans collection, risk alarming and rank management, we need a special customer manager appraisal management system. Therefore, we should speed up the development of customer managers' management and assessment system, the realization of automatic summarization, performance evaluation and management, to give a powerful support for the assessment.In this paper, we have investigated the development background of the customer manager management appraisal system; and briefly describe the domestic status quo. of the system. In the development process of the customer manager management appraisal system in the development process, we always use object-oriented analysis and the analysis of the demand of the design idea and for each function, take the object oriented design. JAVA technology system is used for technology. By MVC design model and three plan technologies, we are to achieve the separation of the data and view, to make the system become a expansibility and maintainability system.This system makes the customer management come true and increases data and maintains customers for credit management department so as to set and mend the customers'information and the basic data of the assessment through the customers management mode. It also provides the technical support for the scientific process and a technical platform for the operation of the customer manager. The system maintain the customers'real time data, and complete the collection, separation, statistics and classification of the basic data of the customer manager, so as to take shape the customer manager assessment reports and graphic data analysis. The system realize the assessment data collection, and analyses the assessment mode, establishes the assessment index system according to the present existing distribution of guest source and marketing staff of our bank, so as to enable the managers and the staff to refer the assessment information in real time. The system brings conveniences for the management layer to refer to the business operation and service condition of competent, sponsor, cabinet through the assessment of quality appraisal and achievement appraisal of data statistics and business volume, and meanwhile provides consultation for the bank to establish scientific cost accounting system. The assessment result analysis mode makes the fact that common user can refer to the Performance Analysis, statistics, scores, and ranking so as to increase the transparency. The system brings in incentive mechanism, strengthens the intelligentization of the business for customers'business, and improves the work efficiency through consulting according to the branches and the job numbers of the customer managers.Finally, the system makes credit capital management come true and refer to the credit capital condition and risk early warning information of some branch and customer manager as well.This system stucks on the key targets of the assessment management---customer manager, stares at performance management recycle system, establishes customer manager performances management process, improves the customer managers performances appraisal uniform, strengthens the customer manager performances in relation to salary, and fulfill its control and analysis, feedback and improvement system, so as to dig and inspire the customer managers working activity and creativity potential, enhance the pertinence and effectiveness, and improve their marketing performances. The system designed in this thesis can realize the basic function of the customers and managers'management assessment. Through the use of Laiwu RCC customer manager management appraisal system, we can save manpower, material resources, time, cost, and greatly reduce the cost of its management. Customer manager management appraisal system proposed the basic principle and process of evaluation data acquisition and introduce the assessment data acquisition module, which reform the poisoning drawbacks of the current client management assessment, also make the assessment data collected become more standards, and accurate, promoting to improve the efficiency of the customer manager management appraisal..
