With the rapid development of China's economy,the globalization of financial competition and the change of information technology,commercial banks are facing more opportunities and challenges,and the competition among commercial banks is more intense.Commercial banks should continue to maintain the dominant position in the market competition,we must grasp more information about strategic decision-making,so that the management and management behavior consistent with the strategic objectives,which the commercial bank's performance appraisal system presents new challenges[1].China's commercial banks in the asset quality,especially the level of non-performing loans,profitability and the international advanced foreign banks there is a big gap.This requires China's commercial banks to improve their own performance appraisal level,and enhance their own competitiveness,China's commercial banks at this stage and the future development,has practical significance [2].The performance appraisal system of the client manager of the commercial bank is to evaluate the performance of the bank customer manager,analyze the results of the performance appraisal and carry out some incentives and penalties for the employees according to the examination results,stimulate the enthusiasm of the employees and improve the business ability of the commercial banks Level,and thus enhance the management level of commercial banks and economic benefits.By analyzing the present situation and characteristics of the performance appraisal of commercial banks in our country,this paper will pay attention to the transparency of the examination results,pay more attention to the transparency of the examination process,improve the efficiency of the assessment work and enhance the enthusiasm of the staff.Performance evaluation system to promote the bank's managers to improve management,improve efficiency,to enhance the bank's performance has contributed [3] and JJ Bank as a research case,the first JJ Bank performance appraisal management work carried out in-depth research,Analysis of the pros and cons of performance appraisal work,in a comprehensive and in-depth understanding of its performance appraisal work content and work objectives,to find the best technical solutions and accordingly to the system development and construction,and gradually demand research,demand analysis,Summary design,detailed design,database design,system implementation,functional testing.This paper describes the design and implementation of the JJ commercial bank's performance appraisal system,and describes the main functions: account relationship determination,cost calculation,system parameter adjustment and examination result inquiry,among which the system parameter adjustment is the bright spot of the system,The system parameters according to the policy or customer requirements adjustment,which can effectively cope with changes in financial policies to ensure that JJ commercial banks on the performance of public business performance evaluation and flexibility.The system has been successful in the JJ commercial bank on-line operation,and stable operation,has become a JJ commercial bank one of the important business systems.
