The Design And Implementation Of The Working Platform For Account Manager Of Commercial Bank

As the accelerating pace of China’s financial reform in recent years, in order to adapt to develop requirement of the modern commercial bank, majors of commercial banks constantly to add new financial products to provide a full range of services, to improve their management capabilities,so as to improve their market competitiveness.With the rapid development of computer technology, using computer to realize commercial bank customer resources and Account Manager information management is imperative. Customer is the survival of the commercial bank, the customer information and Account Manager is essential for commercial bank.Common in the financial industry, customer resource utilization is low.Therefore,In order to adapt to the modern information management, and savings in manpower, material and financial resources, the development of Account Manager resources information management system and working support platform has become very urgent.The article designed and developed a WEB based commercial bank Account Manager working platform.In order to effectively support and manage personal account manager, company Account Manager, product manager and risk manager’s working process and conditions. The system introduces a scientific and effective way for account manager performance evaluation.First of all, the article analyzes the development background and present situation at home and abroad of this accout manager working platform.Secondly, in the investigation of the actual requirment and relevant business process.it used OOA and UML to precents the requirements analysis of the accout manager working platform. Thirdly.it precented overall design of physical architecture and logical architecture and detailed design of model structure, database and main function module of the platform respectively,which the platform is based on WEB technology and EAP platform.Finally,it takes use of Java language developed the platform based on J2EE. By fully test, improvement and pilot run, the platform has been put into operation. The results show that it meet the requirment of the accout manager basically.The running effect is good.
