With the rapid developmnent of modern electronic technology, electronic equipments are becoming much more complicated. High reliability and maintainability level of the equipment is required at the same time. The BIT test technique makes much effort in improving the fault diagnosis ability and system reliability. As BIT system is always made respectively for the certain product, there is nounitive, normal and general standard for this subject. Thereforeasystematic research on BIT test technique is very important.Basing on the Radar Signal Environment Simulator developed by the Key Laboratory of Electronic Information Countermeasure and Simuylation Technology Minstry of Education,this paper studys the BIT test technique systematicallyand accomplishes the BIT system.With the combination of academic theory and practical equipment system, the theory of BIT technology and the design of the concrete modules are studied.Firstly given is the theoretical research on BIT test technique. In the considerationg of the advantages and characteristics of the test system, the technical classification, technical factors and parameters of the specific BIT test system are standardized. The framework of a universaltest system is designed and some empirical suggestinos are raised for BIT.Secondly, the paper briefly introduces the overallstructure and key parts of the Radar Signal Environment Simulator, and then describes the test requirements of the BIT system software and hardware.In the end of this chapter, a general BIT test function scheme and test points are given.The test points cover the main control machine, the display controller, the intermediate frequency sub system and the radio frequency subsystem.According to the key test points and test functions, the paper gives a detailed test stepsand the specific circuit system design of the Radar Signal Environment Simulator BIT system. Beyond those, the design process from the main control computer software interface design and control function are also presented. Then the test results of the software interface feedback are given.The paper summarizes and analyzes the BIT system in the end. Given the defects of the project, a further research derection is put forward. At this point, the paper introduces the research progress of BIT testing theory completely.
