In modern high-speed PCB design, studying signal integrity problems is a key factor in its ability to design successful for PCB(printed circuit board), and the frequency of the system clock and the steepness of signal edge in today's high-speed digital circuit design increasingly demanding, in order to obtain high-quality products, we need to perform signal integrity analysis and design. This paper mainly studied the signal integrity problem of high-speed PCB and its solution, shorten the development cycle, reduce the research and development and the product cost, and provide higher reliability on the product finished.First, Search large number of documents, and detailing signal integrity problems; due to signal integrity analysis needs simulation software participation, this paper also describes the involvement of simulation software for signal integrity analysis simulation processes; Current research has significance for this research, summarized it for me. Secondly, analyzed a problem and needs the support of the theoretical basis, and the primary theoretical basis for signal integrity is transmission line theory. Based on this theory, I made the reflection and crosstalk simulation and analysis. Reflection and crosstalk are the most important of signal integrity problems in high-speed PCB design, find ways to address these impacts on the basis of the simulation. Again, the specific design, product characteristics of the new system imaging system principle, hardware structure diagram and the key network are expounded. In addition, the new system imaging system are analyzed in detail the overall layout, wiring and cascade design, and the signal integrity of the key of the PCB signal were analyzed of simulation and application. Finally, summarized this article conclusion, for the actual speed PCB design and its associated applications, have a certain significance.
