With the increase of integrate circuit switch rate and PCB density, Signal Integrity(SI) has become one of main problems in high-speed design. The problem caused by some factors such as parameters of devices and PCB, it will contribute to the unstable operation or even totally failure of system. How to fully consider Signal Integrity and take effective measures has been to be a pop topic on PCB design industry.Signal Integrity means the signal quality on transmission line, and the main SI problems include reflection, crosstalk, delay, SSN and EMI. The paper introduces SI analysis theory. Discusses the correlative problems of reflection, corsstalk, and SSN. Simulates the corresponding waveform in virtue of Hyperlynx and IBIS model. On the base of discussion above, the paper use the SI analysis technique on a real PCB, find out SI problems on the board and give the solving suggestion.Following contents about SI analysis are researched in the article:1) Introduce transmission lines theory, discuss reflection on transmission lines, including origin of reflection, reflection on over-driven case and under-driven case, multiple reflection and bounce diagram;2) Introduce several kinds of end termination for decreasing reflection, simulate and discuss how to use them rightly;3) Analyse origins of crosstalk, simulate and research all factors affecting crosstalk, and give the conclusion of how to decrease crosstalk effectively;4) Use SI analyzing technique on IF receiving board of INMARSAT Satellite Communication System, find out its SI problem and give effective solution.
