Nowadays electronic technology is developed at full speed. Large scale integration and very large scale integration are applied to the electronic system more and more. High-speed signal design is larger and larger in proportion in whole electronic designing field. The system above 100 MHz has already seen everywhere. Having brought a question like this, the reduction of the volume of the electronic products causes the density of overall arrangement and wiring of the circuit to become large. While the frequency of signal improves, it makes how to deal with high-speed signal problems become the key to success for one design at the same time. The main problems of signal integrity of high-speed digital system include reflection, crosstalk, delay, ringing, simultaneous switch noise, etc. This paper was based on the basic theories of signal integrity and carried on effective analysis to the signal integrity question existing in the high-speed circuit. Utilizing Hyperlynx which is the advanced simulation tool of signal integrity, we simulated the function of destruction to high-speed signal transmission by reflection and crosstalk. The simulation results of various kinds of terminators to reduce reflection and parameters to disturb the level of crosstalk voltage are compared. According to the simulation result, we draw the best solution, in order to optimize the design object.
