With the rapid development of economic level, the competition among various enterprises increasingly fierce. Standardized and scientific management is an important guarantee for the healthy development of enterprises, human resources as one of the most important assets of the enterprise, is the key factor related to the survival and development of enterprises, and thus improve the human resource management system is necessary.Today, computers widely used in business management, human resource management using a computer is more important. Currently on the market many popular personnel management system for enterprises, institutions and personnel management system, does not require too large scale database systems, a simple, functional and practical, to meet the daily demand for data management and systems is the most important. The goal of this project lies in the development of a practical, simple, easy to operate, easy to manage, simple personnel management system.Application development is not just a process of preparation of the management system, and more importantly, work in systems analysis and design phase. The program in the design process strictly follow the method of software engineering, with a phased plan lifecycle strict set up, manage, and tells the story of the overall design and detailed design stage of the procedure, the program needs a clear analysis, and amend and improve the use of SQL Server powerful database functionality, and ultimately improve the feasibility of the system. Simple and convenient interface, convenient and practical inquiry and maintenance functions, so that the human resources management system in line with the daily operational needs.Starting from the actual work of the system to meet the simple, flexible and practical, safe and reliable multiple requirements starting with Visual Basic6.0 development tool, SQL Server 2005 as the back-end data storage software, to develop a personnel information files including the establishment, modification delete; leave management, payroll management, rights management, parameter settings, information, and content filtering and exporting multiple functions into one's human resource management system. After using the test phase proved that the system can meet the basic needs of the daily work of enterprises and institutions of human resource management.
