Database technology is the focus of research in various fields of multi capacity information management.The database integrates the security of information transmission,the efficiency of parallel data processing,and the sharing of information synchronization in a database characterized by centralized processing,and realizes the service ability of a multilevel database with the center of the service.Force human resource management system.In this paper,a human resource management system based on higher vocational colleges,including institutional management,staff management and salary management,is designed,which is based on the confusion of the management of human resources management in Colleges and universities,and the shortcomings of the long response time of the service and the theft of human information.The design goal is to improve the information security of human resources,improve the efficiency of the system,and improve the data sharing ability and scope of the system.In the process of design,this paper makes a detailed investigation of the current human management system in Colleges and universities.According to the problems found in the actual research process,the system needs analysis,including the process of business processing,data flow analysis and the functional analysis of the system.Finally,SQL Server 2005 is used as a database system for human resource management.Through the research of this paper,the design of parallel processing of data is completed by hash algorithm combined with ring caching.By setting up local database and replica database,the function of information synchronization between databases is realized.This design gets rid of the low efficiency of old human resource management and improves the performance of the whole system remarkably.
