With the rapid development of modern science and of IT technology, we have stepped into the age of information in the twenty-first century. No matter in the government, in the educational institution, in the ordinary company or in the enterprise, a management system is indispensable for the communication of information and the company’s management platform. A management system can achieve the automation of the company’s office system to improve work efficiency. With the rapid development of computer software industry, there are many Human Resource management system exited at home and abroad.But because of the inadequate function or the expensive selling price, they are difficult to adapt to domestic small and medium software enterprises.To solve this question,this thesis anlysis the requirement of the small and medium software enterprises in our country and design a management system to meet the requirement of the hign-end human resources management system of the enterprises in our country.In this thesis,firstly, the present situation of software Human Resource management system at home and abroad is analysed to determine the goal of this system and the related technologies which will be used. Then the system is designed in detail to achieve the function of every module via coding.At last,all of the functions can be achieved by testing.The system is based on the mode of C/S.Microsoft Visual Studio 2008, Microsoft SQL Server 2005, and VC++ programming language are used as the tools. Its main functions are to achieve the registration of the new staff,the input and modification of their entry contacts and the query and edit of the information of the staff,to record the performance evaluations of the workers in a certain period of time,to browse daily attendance information of the staff; to save the information of applicants;to finish the manual input of staff’ s wage,the reason why the staff to be late and the reason why their wage to be toke out and so on.
