Due to changes in the global market rapidly, enterprises for sustainable management, in addition to strengthen their own ability, response to customer demand how fast and effective, more is the key of enterprise survival. Therefore, the enterprise began to think made from raw materials, production and process of distribution products to end customers, all resources will be integrated, to finish in a more efficient way, eliminate the ring is not necessary, in order to improve the overall value, and provide advantageous to the enterprise information for decision making purposes. Electronic supply chain management revolutionized business transactions, greatly reduced the transaction cost, saving transaction time, enterprises use the electronic supply chain management system can timely on the market to make a flexible response, or quick to enter new markets.In this paper, a large IT enterprises need to use the B2 B electronic supply chain management, the design and implementation of e-Supply Chain system. First of all, Depth study and understanding on the relevant business knowledge and business involved in the system to other modules and system integration. Secondly, on the demand of the system in detail, introduces the technical requirements and functional requirements of the system. On the basis of the demand analysis, the overall system architecture design, the business process, the database and the function module design. Again, for each function module of the system is introduced in this paper, the formation of electronic supply chain management system is a set of more perfect function. Finally, the future work is prospected.E-Supply Chain system is proposed in this paper has the user login, system management, order management, materials management, supplier information and data query and statistical functions, can realize the optimal allocation of resources and information between enterprises of supply chain partners; at the same time, improve work efficiency, enhance the enterprise value, the enterprise to obtain the good profit in the application after the deployment.
