On this basis, build up the IC manufacturing agile supply chain management system model, and the detailed system design:system architecture, standard functions and business flow; and proposed detail data base design and the interface spec with other IT systems. Because of the new system’s technical and complex characteristics, to implementing the system, gives the requirement of skill of project team member, and for system implementation process finger out the implementation of the methodology. This thesis also analyzes the risk of system develop and implementation.This thesis gives the system model of IC manufacturing agile supply chain management. And for this cross-organizational information technology system project, made a basic stages to approach the project implementation and risk management.
