Different from traditional management models, supply chain management from raw materials to final consumer throughout the process, the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain and logistics information flow occurred in all activities related to. In manufacturing, the manufacturer is located in the upstream business broker, it downstream in the supply chain intermediaries to provide products, but also according to their own brokers orders to suppliers of raw materials needed for the production of raw materials. Therefore, the manufacturing supply chain management but also has its own characteristics. Manufacturing supply chain management should be based on the ultimate customer-centric, customized according to customer demand mode of production, manufacturing products for the entire manufacturing process of effective management of the whole, attention should be paid at the same time reducing inventory, procurement and logistics costs. The use of information technology design, manufacturing and logistics processes to connect, which should enable enterprises manufacturing processes and logistics processes complete synchronization.Based on the analysis and investigation of Zhejiang Jia Lippo Machinery Limited Company, this thesis puts forward supply chain information system program suitable for the characteristics of Zhejiang Jia Lippo Machinery Limited Company. The main contents are:1. Research Zhejiang Jia Lippo Machinery Limited Company of existing operating systems and features of the supply chain, and propose targeted rehabilitation programs and to highlight the sub-supply chain information management system advantages. The supply-chain information management system has directed the development of features, the system has to adapt to the current rapid, accurate, flexible, changing market demand and other advantages.2. Study of supply chain information management system, the overall framework and functional modular design. 3. Study of supply chain information management system, the main target of the design, the main database, the conceptual design, logical structural design, data operating flow diagram of each module.4. Study of the system simulation environment and system development mode. Presented a simulation environment, software and hardware needed for the environment and MVC software architecture of the system development model.5. Study of the supply chain information management system, business integration, and according to the company characteristics of the implementation of the points made and difficulties, and analyzed them.
