With the development of science and technology, accelerate the human way of life, micro trend emerging, human learning is to "micro" transformation. Under this background, micro-lecture applications, because of its small micro features, support the fragmentation of learning became popular in the world. Research on the application of micro-lecture in specific subjects is of great significance.Based on the research of the present situation of computer network course in secondary vocational schools and the orientation of teaching objectives, the feasibility of the course is demonstrated. And combined with concrete examples, with the methods of literature study, puts forward the micro-lecture design purpose and principle of, general process and micro-lecture production way, and on the basis of designed and manufactured the course of micro-lecture and application of classroom teaching design. This study firstly analyzes the present situation of the application of the micro-lecture in the home and abroad through the literature research method, and sums up the theoretical basis of the application of the micro-lecture and the teaching of the subject. The study found that the micro-lecture as a new type of learning resources and learning forms are popular with the students. The application of micro teaching and classroom teaching can stimulate students' learning interest, promote students' active learning and improve their learning efficiency. The use of micro-lecture has a certain effect on reducing the academic burden on students, have a positive effect on students' understanding of the theory of knowledge and skills. Although the use of micro-lecture can promote the students' active learning, but still need teachers to guide the learning content and learning progress.
