Today, computer networks have penetrated into social production, all aspects of life. In modern society, requiring the employee to acquire the necessary knowledge and skills more and more. The main task of secondary vocational schools is to train front-line work in the social production of qualified personnel. Increasingly the job for the graduates has become demanding professional ability; the traditional teaching model can not meet the job requirements. Curriculum in vocational schools vocational abilities of students is critical; therefore curriculum requirements of professional competence must be the goal posts, building competency-based curriculum system. Competency-based vocational education as a curriculum reform guiding ideology in different countries, the ability to view advanced and complete curriculum for the grade of the curriculum system of computer networks provide the experience is worth learning. Therefore, only by establishing competency-based curriculum system, professional computer network to make its own characteristics and advantages of the formation of the network to adapt to today's society of professional development needs of workers. This paper aims to level the computer network through the analysis of the status of professional courses to find out problems, learning from Australia's TAFE system of countermeasures for China's computer network in the professional development staff to provide useful advice.
