With the rapid development of economic globalization, the computer application has nearly seeped into every field, which makes the society raised new requirements to the knowledge structure of the information technology talents. The broad coverage of the application of computer technology offered vast employment space to software, hardware as well as the network maintainers, especially after orientating the training of software blue collar for secondary vocational education. It both provided good opportunities for the development of computer science and raised higher requirement to our teaching quality. However, our present computer courses and teaching methods didn't suit with the development of computer and the need for computer professionals, and the gap gradually increased. Therefore, for the reform and development of secondary computer education, it has an important meaningful enlightenment to deeply study the progress of the emergence and development of secondary computer education, the background of society and education, the implementation of the status quo, and to objectively analyze the problems it exists and the future of its development, to roundly summarize its pros and cons.This research aimed to analyze the spread, situation of teaching and problems of secondary computer professional. It takes individual as an example to put forward the reform direction of computer professional school and the countermeasures, to carry out teaching methods and means of teaching evaluation according to the teaching aim and teaching content as well as launching the preliminary practice in order to offer benefited methods and ways to the innovative development of computer professional.This thesis comprehensively applied documentary study, investigable study, comparative study, etc. Moreover, it also undertook certain researches based on those studies. The teaching reform thinking orienting towards action has been applied in the teaching of computer application profession in 2009 and it has already had a good effect. This study will also carry out more studies afterwards, hoping it could have a better effect on the reform of the secondary computer application profession computer application profession.
