With the rapid development of economy and the comprehensive national strength significantly enhanced.The national living standards greatly improved.People are not satisfied to the traditional way of life.Intelligent community started to develop.China's energy consumption table generally be installed indoor,and meter reading by staff.Due to the user's range and quantity,manual meter reading time-consuming,inefficient,and is not conducive to the management of the community.Therefore,design a set of feasible intelligent remote meter reading system is necessary.In this paper,based on the projects of changchun science and technology—The research and application on Intelligent building information integration platform construction key technology Based on the Internet of things.Carried out the research and design of intelligent remote meter reading system based on Zigbee.In this study,the system is divided into two parts.The understructure of this system including water meter collector,electricity meter collector,gas meter collector,Zigbee network,and the concentrator.The Collector collect energy consumption data by Receive the packets of meter data and cumulative pulse.The transmission path of data from the collector to the Zigbee network coordinator to concentrator,finally uploaded to the system server.In the process of data transmission apply the Zigbee wireless communication technology,CAN bus technology and WIFI technology respectively.The super-structure of this system including database,server and client.It has made a strong guarantee for data storage and calls,maintenance and management of the system as well as the automatic monitoring and management.In this paper,it analyze the performance of hardware equipment and study the circuit design of terminal equipment.It achieved the function of the energy consumption data acquisition,Zigbee wireless data communication,and the centralized transmission of energy consumption data.Meanwhile,this paper analyzes the communication environment of this system,and designing a communication mode that combine with wireless and wired,to solve the problem of complex wiring and the Instability of data transmission.Using Zigbee wireless communication technology to complete the data transmission between the collector and the coordinator.And avoid the complex wiring,as well as enhance the applicability of the system effectively.Using CAN bus communication technology complete the data transmission between thecoordinator and concentrator.It can complete the data transmission steadily.Using WIFI technology to complete the data transmission between concentrator and the system server.It can send the data to the server easily and without additional fee.According to the specific functions are needed of upper machine and lower machine,this paper research on the modular software designing of database,server,client and terminal equipment.Reducing the correlation between various functional modules,and easy for function extension and modification.This system not only meet the indoor installation without wiring,but also can complete the wiring of wire communication through existing pipelines to ensure the safety and stability of data transmission.This system has low cost,high promotion and application value.
