Recent years,domestic and foreign both make a deep research on how to control motor more efficiently and accurately,and have made great progress.The characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system are: nonlinear,multivariable,strong coupling.Thus,the conventional motor control is based on PID regulator control,the main drawback of this type of control that is susceptible to internal parameters and external environmental factors,it is difficult to achieve high accuracy requirements.About 1950 s Soviet scholars proposed variable structure control theory,the innovation of this theory is discontinuous.Further derived from this theory issued a bifurcation theory-sliding mode control.The main Feature of variable structure control is the system is not fixity and it will change toward a predetermined target during the dynamic response process.This paper takes the permanent magnet synchronous motor based on Sliding Mode Observer as research object to design the control system,the main work of this paper includes as follows:Firstly,analysis the development history,market outlook and research status as well as domestic and foreign achievements of motor.Followed builds the mathematical model of PMSM and study three types of coordinate transformation principle.Secondly,introduce variable structure control theory and the design and implement of SMO,design current observer and estimate the rotor's position information and speed information.Then,introduce the reason of chattering produce and how to reduce the chattering.Then design software and hardware of PMSM control system based on SMO.This paper select DSP control chip TMS320F28335,and show software flow diagram and hardware circuit diagram.Finally,showing the result through simulation and experimental platform,providing waveform of estimating current,voltage and position information to verify the variable structure control system's robustness and immunity.With oscilloscope's help,this paper shows the PWM wave which control motor,it verify the motor control system's correctness and feasibility.
