In virtue of PMSM's (Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor) high torque and low wastage and low pulse and low electric time constant, PMSM is the best actuator in high precision CNC. With the development of single microchip technology, DSP (digital signal process) which is the high processing unit bring about the possibility of implements the complicated PMSM servo control arithmetic based on Vector control. In this paper author does the research and design on control technology of the high precision PMSM AC servo.First of all, the structure and the mathematical model and the work state of the PMSM are given, which include design of the control structure of the PMSM and current model and speed model, and educe respective control method due to respective work state of the PMSM. These give the basis of design and implement of the control arithmetic followed. In succession, author given the detailed design and implement of the tradition digital control arithmetic that include the design and implements in detail of the digital adjustor of current model and load disturbance state observer and the digital adjustor of speed model, and those are passed simulation and validated of the experiment. Aim at time variation character of the AC motor, author given a method that use neural network and neuron as the self-adaptive PI adjustor of speed model and this method has the high performance by simulation.This subject's background is the Shenyang institute of the computing technology research of servo which matching CNC system. Author does many works on the control technology as the key technology of the servo system and accumulated many experience for our institute in researching servo system. Those works is the one-step for our institute further research on servo system.
