After half a century of development, servo technology’s components of drive execution hasdeveloped through the electro-hydraulic pulse motor, the power stepper motor, the size of inertia DCmotors, AC servo motor and other generations. Until now, due to the development of the extensiveapplication of permanent magnet materials, high-frequency, high-power power electronic devices,high-performance integrated chip technology advances, as well as a variety of new control theory, whichmakes the digital drive technology of the current AC servo motor has been developed by leaps and bounds,while the permanent magnet synchronous motor technology is the main direction of development.While permanent magnet synchronous motor is widely used at this stage,, we will analysis andverify the more common types of the control method of permanent magnet synchronous motor in thispaper.We will first take a comparative analysis of the control of vector control and direct torque controlmethod for AC motors, and then gives several commonly used current control method. All aspects of thehardware circuit of the drive module, the detection part, the inverter device and motor features a cleardesign. Through using Matlab simulation, we will familiar with all aspects of the whole control system.Then, Take the theory of robust control which is developed more mature applied to the controlledmotor model. We discuss main on the basic robust control theory, several different method of robust control,LMI control theory. And gives the details of the controller design process; the end of the text is validated bythe simulation controller system under the ideal performance.In this paper, Together robust control with two degrees of freedom control ideas, we give a newPMSM controller design method. In this paper we give a detailed design process, and detailed descriptionof the simulation results at the end.Finally, Based on DSP chip TMS320F2812, we discuss the main method of motor control. We givedetail description and design of such aspects as: the generation of PWM waveform, the main control,detection circuit, and the supply power of DSP, and give the control charts throughout the2812-basedcontrol system and its software design of corresponding software control flowchart.
