Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM)with its high reliability,the moment of inertia,small size,high power density and many other advantages becomes mainstream perform motor AC servo system,and is used in various fields of life.With the continuous development in various fields,they require the servo system has better dynamic performance and can quickly adapt to changes in the work environment,and maintaining excellent control performance of the system.In order to meet higher PMSM servo system dynamic performance,permanent magnet synchronous motor adaptive control research is the key.The traditional PI control parameters can not achieve self-tuning adaptive control,so research about better control of the parameters self-tuning,making the system capable of adaptive control is very important.In recent years the intelligent control technology in the control system are common,such as genetic algorithms,neural networks,immune algorithm and so on,had a certain effect.PI intelligent control method and control method used in combination control system,which was the research focus in recent years,has certain research value.Therefore,this paper combines the advantages of fuzzy control and PI control technology of the two,and designs fuzzy PI controller for PMSM servo system's self-tuning PI parameters,in order to improve the control performance of the system.However,due to its shortcomings of the fuzzy controller itself,in order to better achieve PMSM adaptive control system effects,this article will use the improved particle swarm optimization,multi-swarm cooperation particle swarm(MSCPSO)optimizing the fuzzy PI controller to make up for the lack of controllers fuzzy membership function parameters and fuzzy rule depends on human experience,which truly adaptive PI parameters,so based on improved particle swarm optimization fuzzy PI control PMSM system adaptive changes in the working environment can be achieved under control.In this paper,the MATLAB software will build fuzzy PI PMSM control system simulation model based on MSCPSO and simulation experiments show that the improved PMSM system can be done in time adaptive control maintain efficient control performance,strong adaptability with the speed and load conditions change.
