Pork is the main meat of our people table food.However,in recent years,domestic pork frequent security incidents,not only to the enterprise caused great economic losses,but also a serious threat to the health of consumers.Construction of pork production safety traceability system,not only can provide pork production and processing effective control measures to ensure the safety and quality of pork has become an important part.In this study,Su song Spring Food Co.,Ltd.as the basis of pork chain,has designed a system based on HACCP pork production safety traceability system provides tracking and tracing services for the entire pork chain.In this study,the pork industry chain is divided into breeding,slaughtering,transportation,sale of the four management module,using things,radio frequency identification(RFID),a two-dimensional bar code EAN.UCC coding and information technology,all in determining the chain under module critical Control Points and traceability information under the premise of RFID tags and 2D bar codes as the data carrier,combined code based on EAN.UCC-128 coding scheme pigs and their products were unique identification,to achieve automatic data collection,and facilitate the business of pork production chain information management processes.Specific studies on safety in production of pork traceability system HACCP system is as follows:(1)Screening pork chain traceability informationFirstly,the pork industry chain enterprises to conduct field research to understand the chain from breeding pigs to all aspects of pork production and sales of specific processes,the use of HACCP system in all aspects of screening critical control point(CCP),traceability of information provided for the screening a strong theoretical support,and then combined with the actual production and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations,to determine the traceability information for each critical control point on the chain.(2)Applications traceable key technologiesFirstly,comparative study of traceability systems commonly used identification technology,combined with the actual production situation of enterprises,decided to use RFID in farming areas of electronic ear tags,slaughter and transportation sectors linked to the use of RFID electronic label,sale of part of a two-dimensional bar code on the hog itsproducts are identified to achieve the automatic collection traceability information;and comparative analysis of traceability systems commonly used coding scheme,and taking into account the integrity and continuity of the transmission of information,and finally the system was designed based on EAN.UCC-128 coding scheme codes.(3)Design and implementation of the systemThe system first from farmed pork industry chain,slaughtering,transportation,sale of the four aspects of starting,designed the overall architecture of the system based on C / S mode;then combine filtered out critical control points and traceability of information,the use of SQL Server 2005 database of all aspects of database design information;Finally,Power builder 11.5 development tools to achieve the functional design of each module.Pork production traceability system based on HACCP safety system to achieve a storage traceability information from pig breeding to pork sales,inquiries,surveillance,early warning and traceability function to facilitate the business of pork chain of supervision and management of production processes,and can prevent food security incidents,once food safety incident,the system can accurately and quickly identify problems and critical control point person responsible for the correlation process,while the problem of product recalls and prevent the products in question continue to circulate in the market,businesses and consumers to avoid greater losses.
