Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, frequent meat security crisis, such as clenbuterol poisoning, madcow disease, foot and mouth disease and avian influenza and so on, seriously impacton people’s health, which attracted worldwide attention. Effectively tracking andtracing had become most pressing global issues.China’s current meat production ranks first in the world. In order to ensure thepeople’s food security, effectively control outbreaks of foodborn disease, and removerestrictions of China’s exports of meat from tracking and tracing laws of importingcountries, the establishment of our tracking and tracing system will make huge impacton developing of food industry.By analyzing the characteristics of the key nodes in pork supply chain and theapplication of automated identify technology, this paper used RFID technology inpork security to establish safety traceability system including breeding, slaughter,monitor and sale.In this paper, using software engineering technology, database technology, andnetwork engineering, we achieved information’s integration, query, and monitoring,provided perfect pork tracing in each steps, and also made out food security earlywarning mechanism.Resulting closed-loop production in meat production and sales makes sure toprovide safety food product and high quality supply chain data exchange. Make surepork industry using food traceability and provide full-trasparency in food supplychain.
