According to the China meat association statistics, in2011the national per capita meat consumption is54.8kg, pork accounts for more than60%of all meat consumption is34.8kg. Pork safety directly connected to people’s health and life. Considering the current pig slaughtering backward management and so on related technologies, from the pig breeding, slaughtering, circulation and consumption of pork to the regulatory system has not been created, in the market for all kinds of die pork, clenbuterol pork, pork and illegal water injection through various channels to the people on the table and trigger events have occurred from time to time, not only brought huge losses to the pork market, and to the people’s life brought incalculable disaster. If you want to quickly implement pork safety traceability, to crack down on such illegal behavior, only to establish and perfect the pork traceability system. The current domestic many pork full traceability system did not achieve the expected effect. This paper developed a set of pork traceability chip label placement system, specialized to solve our country small and medium-sized and traditional dispersed pork traceability.In this topic, pork traceability system includes two important part of electronic information and electronic chip placement system. As a major in mechanical engineering, this topic is mainly responsible for electronic chip placement system research and development, including the design of manipulator and the action of two most of the design of the control is implemented. After completion of the main part of the traceability system on the system of the hanging rail scale has carried on the simple introduction, finally completed the evaluation of the overall system, complete the prototype design and making of the entire system.System USES electric hybrid, reasonable economy, simple and compact structure, contains only clamping mechanism and into two parts, and fastening device and there is no connection between placement agencies, disassembled, convenient maintenance, easy to assemble; Replace the current manual bundle chip works, save staff strength, saving cost; In addition system is of good generality, make a little modification on installation, the slaughterhouse all can use.
