Research Of Pork Food Safety Traceability System Based On RFID Technology

Pork played a significant proportion of the daily lives of residents in the consumptionstructure. It was the main food of people living consumer goods. Pork food safety jeopardizedpeople’s health and basic consumer safety. Terminal-testing was widely used in our food safetymanagement though it was short of effective monitoring and managing on breeding,slaughtering, processing and other processes. So achieving product quality tracking and tracingcannot be rapid and accurate. The paper studied pork food safety traceability system based onthe actual production process flow of pork.First, the paper summed up the problems about pork food safety traceability systemthrough comparing the research status at home and abroad. Based on definition and principles offood safety traceability, the paper analyzed food safety traceability implementation of RFIDtechnology, traceability coding scheme and identification techniques. It laid the theoretical andtechnical foundation to build traceability systems.Secondly, the paper identified the pork product identification solutions of the whole supplychain. Through the application of HACCP, it determined the critical control aspects andtraceability information of traceability system, also a clear approach to food safety traceability.Thus it made the business process analysis on traceability system completed. Petri net was usedfor modeling business processes of traceability system and matrix equation was used foranalyzing and evaluating the reasonableness of business processes.And then, the paper discussed the detail design of software functions of traceability,according to center management platform system, breeding management system, slaughteringmanagement system, logistics and transport management system, and sales management system.Also, it made the function module design of above-mentioned systems completed. Traceability management on the supply chain was discussed in the paper.At last, the paper summed up the discussion on the traceability system, analyzed theproblems of the research process, and made several prospects of the application of pork foodsafety traceability system.
