In recent years the Chinese Government and the vast number of consumers attachgreat importance to food security problem,because of the special diet of the consumers ofour country,pork occupies a significant proportion in day-to-day consumption, Thereforethe safety of pork products is particularly prominent. How to achieve the problems thathigh-quality and efficient farming, and solve the problem of the production of"securitypork",and expand the export trade have now become urgent issues. With the developmentof computer technology,animal individual mark technology,two-dimensional barcode andother technologies,which are combined with the traditional pig industry,it becomespossible to study on the tracking and traceability system which covers the entire porksupply chain. In this paper,through the research on the tracking and traceability system forthe safety of pork supply chain,analysis and design a feasibility scheme,which can be areference of Chinese pork industry.The whole paper was consisted of five chapters,which are as follows:The chapter 1 analyzed the research background and purpose and significance and thestatus quo at home and abroad,advance the main contents and technical route of this article.The chapter 2 had a deep research on the questions such as pork supply chain,trackingand tracing system,and general of the many domestic and foreign literature,it comes to theconclusions which are related on the characteristics of the Chinese pork supply chain,andthe mode of operation of it,as well as the existence of important questions of it and so on.At the same time,it conducted an in-depth study of the tracking and tracingtechnologies,and analysis the existing model of tracking and tracing systems in foreigncountries,to put forword a suitable model of tracking and tracing system for our country. Itlaid a theoretical foundation for further research, and established th direction of depthstudy.The chapter 3 solved the problems about the selection of informations,coding andmarking for the system. Follow the principles on the easy to get,availability,and necessityto select informations,it has two types of informations which are the information of foodsafety and logistics;design a unified way of coding for the informations on each node of supply chain which is according to the requirements of GS1,and finally arrive at the outputthe format of traceability barcode. By comparing the existing identificationtechnologies,and combined with the status and characteristics of Chinese pigindustry,select a indentification mode:two-dimensional barcode of pig withone-dimensional barcode. Through a series of analysis, research and design, to solve thesystem's implementation of a unified information format and the method of identificationand so on.The Chapter 4 in accordance with "the least aspect, the most simple information, themost convenient of the query, the most effective results," and so on to design thesystem,and then used computer programming to achieve the system functions which aredesigned.System design scheme came from the following steps: the requirements and functionalanalysis, overall system design, database design, interface design and user permissions.And the scheme is:Firstly ,the main users are the relevant government departments,pork supply chainralated enterprises,as well as the final consumer,etc. The one whom on the investment andmonitoring side is the government, and large and medium-sized of slaughter andprocessing enterprises are in charge of the construction and maintenance of the system;Secondly,the system was divided into 6 modules that were: information collectionmodule,a central database, the information processing module, the tracking module, thetracing module and the farm management module,etc; Third-ly,System used a distributeddatabase structure, that was a central database under the country to connect a number ofprovincial-level databases,and using SQL-Server 2000 software to design the tables of thedatabase.Finally,in the B/S mode which used the Javabean software to program that connect thedatabase,and achieve the dynamic-link pages through the JSP technology.Realized the functions of the tracking and traceability system for pork supply chainwhich was designed in this paper, and demonstrate the functions of tracking, farmmanagement,tracking and database updating. Developed through analysis and evaluationthe system to draw the following conclusions:first, choose a batch as a logistics unit to themanufacturer's ID to achieve the uniqueness of the tracing code;Second,all information at every stage were obtained and recorded by specializedoperators and system administrators;Third,made a normative by the information table onfood safety in production enterprises; Forth,Connection with the Internet to be the expression of the retrospective information. The system was basicly meet the designrequirements,and meet the needs of the main users for the majority of our country porkproducts business,in line with the status quo of Chinese pig industry requirements.The practical application result of the developed system in the enterprise has beenevaluated by improved AHP. Triangular fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model andevaluation index system have been set with introducing the triangle fuzzy function. Theevaluation result shows that this system has obvious comprehensive achievements inenterprise's practical application, and has strong practicability.The final chapter summary of this paper, the article also pointed out the problems thatexist, and we need to solve the problem. The prospect was made at last. In this paper, usedtheoretical study and comparative analysis of research methods, exerted theimplementation technologies such as logistics,information technology and computertechnology for pork supply chain security tracking and tracing system to analysis ofbuilding a model, put forward a construction model, systems analysis design andimplementation and eventually implement the system with the theory research and practice.Put forward a creative-oriented tracking and tracing system covered the whole supply chain,the techologies which used to build the system were effective with low-cost and easy topromote. The conclusions and results of the study will help improving the confidence ofconsumers when buying pork, the full realizati-on of our country for pork supply chainsecurity tracking and tracing provides a theor-etical basis and technical support, both intheory and practice has important reference.
