Abstract/Summary:
China is a big country of pork production and consumption. Pork safety is beneficial tothe people’s livelihood. The livestock traceability system is an effective way to realize theproduction of food safety management and control. The current construction of traceabilitysystem especially for High-end brand meat in our country is not perfect and limitation, andcan’t completely guarantee the safe production of pig in the whole industry chain and theconsumer demand for production information.Taking Laiwu pig as the object of study, combined with the current status of Laiwu pigand its supporting system development, based on the safe production of the live pig and pork,according to the production characteristics of Laiwu pig, this paper studied the key factors inthe chain of pork production, identification method and the problem of informationtransmission. By using food traceability technology and the technology of the Internet ofthings, it constructed the traceability system from the breeding, slaughtering, transport to themarket. It meets the government supervision on pork safety production and the consumer’sright to know pork production information.(1) Firstly, this article analysed pork production process, and combined with the relevantlaws and regulations, analyzed the traceability index. Secondly, by analyzing thecharacteristics of the brand meat, this paper put forward new demand for traceability andestablished two kinds of index system. It’s the basic information and safety productioninformation.(2) Firstly, this article analyzed the identification technology at present, especially theRFID technology and bar code technology. Through the analysis of pig productionenvironment, this article proposed the individual identification scheme in the breeding stageusing RFID electronic ear tag, slaughtering stage using RFID electronic hanging scale,individual identification option sales phase using two-dimensional bar code. Secondly,studied of the individual encoding method based on the analysis of characteristics of theexisting coding standard, proposed coding scheme with GB/T20563-2006"animal radio-frequency identification code structure". Finally, this paper studied the morphologicalchanges of pig, and proposed the information transfer mode to achieve the premise ofeffective connection information. (3) Firstly, this paper analyzed the information management demand from the pigbreeding to sales, and in the breeding process, focused on the analysis of demand in the Laiwupig breeding, designed the pig breeding scheme to take care and optimization of Laiwu pig. Itcompleted the function design of the traceability system based on the results of traceableindex system and information transfer. Secondly, according to the functional analysis andcharacteristics of source data, this paper design the database to meet the data consistency inindustrial chain. Finally, by using B/S structure and Mysql2005database technology thispaper established the pig industry chain quality safety traceability system. The systemconsists of six modules. The four modules serve for the industry chain of productionenterprises, and realized the basic information collection and management; One module servefor the government, and can realized the view of production data and the production sitemonitoring; The last module meet consumer’ query for tracing information. The consumerscan query pig information through mobile phone, intelligent query terminal or network.
