Analysis And Design Of Pork Tracing Management Information System Based On RFID And Barcode Technology

Food safety is the hot issues of common concern, To solve the problems ofeffective supervision of pork safety and the effective construction of tracing system,this dissertation researches in tracing management of pork supply based on automaticidentification technology of barcode and RFID. The main work concentrates on thefollowing:First, the paper analyzes professional development character of pork supplychain, like breeding, slaughtering, retailing, etc., and applied situation of automaticidentification technology in related field, and it employs barcode and RFID astechnological foundation of food tracing realization.Second, the dissertation researches specific operation process and character ineach step of tracing chain and designs tracing method based on key information andkey processes. It designs whole tracing process based on automatic identificationtechnology then makes up specific tracing method for different steps on the basis ofwhole process, which includes individual identifying method, data connecting method,data passing method, processing supervising method and information inquiringmethod. In the research, the dissertation centers on feasible, scientific and applicablemethod as well as pragmatic, simple and low cost of tracing technology.Third, the paper discusses the practical realization of pork supply tracing theoryand effectively connects the data of whole logistic chain by making up feasible tracingcoding regulation. In the mean time, it designs tracing system prototype, whichsimultaneously accommodates individual tracing of radio frequency ear tag and grouptracing of breeding and slaughtering process. These combination and method greatlyimprove the applicability of pork tracing method.The study of complete tracing chain of pork supply has some applied andreference value to solve the problem of food safety. The research result has beensuccessfully used in practical project. Meanwhile the research is also the basic workof enterprise product quality management and application of technology in production.Therefore, the research is helpful for national food informatization improvement.
