Design And Realization Of Fixed Assets Management System Based On RFID

The new IT innovation has significantly changed the production and living styles by application of Cloud Computing, Big Data, Social Network and Mobile Internet. The importance of the IT has been deeply noticed since the worldwide 2008 economic crisis. Rounds of technology innovation has tremendously impacted the current Auditing work, for the technology, it has been witnessed from the gradual exploration of Internet of Things, the maturity of Virtual Technology and the introduction of Cloud Computing, to the strong development of the Mobile Internet; for the application, it has been experienced from the booming of E-commerce to the rising of Social Media. All of these have made great contribution to the Big Data with symbols of unpredicted scale, resources and diversified manners. As one of the results, the auditing work needs to trim itself to the Big Data environment and improves the manner of thinking.This paper introduces the RFID based system to identify and manages the fixed assets with the target to improve the FA management for the audit bureau. Each fixed asset will be labeled with RFID tag which information can be recognized and collected by the RFID system manually or automatically. The system can help to realize the efficient management for the FA with the approach to connect the system with the backstage server.Firstly, This paper makes a brief for the background of the associated Fixed Assets, the management system and the RFID, also the current domestic and abroad RFID application status; Secondly, This paper makes the demand analysis and overall design for the FA identification and management system, the key illustration covers the operation flow of the system, the module segmentation, system structure and the database design; Thirdly, This paper gives specific descriptions for all the functional modules; Finally, This paper devises the testing for each functional module and delivers the results accordingly for the FA identification and management system.It is the key value for the information and intelligence building of auditing work to enhance the Assets Management and Performance Review. With this purpose, The Paper discusses the design and development of the Assets RFID recognition and management system which combines the core technology of RFID and the requirements of Municipal Auditing Bureau. The System focuses on the Actual basis instead of the Accounting basis which could instantly recognize the labels by the reader-writer, in addition, it could dynamically monitor the high value assets. The Assets information, including but not limited to, the purchase date, descriptions, application cycle and efficiency, the connection between the assets management and financial ratio, repair and maintenance, can be constantly delivered to the data center for further processing by the RFID system. Therefore, All the assets can be located and traced which is very helpful to realize the consistency between the actual basis and the bookkeeping so as to improve the assets management efficiency.
